Our house was built around 1860 and therefore has its own charm. In recent years we have lovingly renovated and comfortably furnished. It is located directly on the Emsdeich and when the Meyer shipyard again transfers one of its luxury liners across the Ems to the North Sea, one can observe this from the nearby dike. In the garden is a sitting area with a pavilion roofed, from which one can observe the ducks on the small pond and the horses in the pasture of the adjacent horse farm. For children we have a sandpit and a play tower with slide. In bad weather, the conservatory invites you to linger. In the village there is a small grocery store, a pizzeria and behind the dike at the marina is an original restaurant to Texas style.

The apartment is about 43 square meters and can accommodate 2-3 people. Living room with a dining table. The bedroom has a double bed of 180cm width, on request, a baby travel bed (about 120cm x 60cm) can be delivered. The small kitchen is equipped with all necessary things, such. B. Fridge with freezer, ceramic hob with oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster etc. Of course, satellite TV and radio are also available. About the conservatory (for shared use) one comes into the laundry room, where a washing machine and a dryer is. For the barbecue fun in the summer is of course also provided with a kettle grill, an electric grill and a permanent barbecue area. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. Bedding and towels are included. Bathrobes on request. Beds: A double bed with two separate mattresses of size 90cm x 200cm.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 06:00 to 10:00.
