Great Location

We came for Leeds Fest. I won't camp so, we booked an apartment. Room was clean & comfortable. A little tired but, everything worked fine. A great location for the centre & the shuttles. A short walk from Granary Wharf which, is really pretty. The only grumble was, that we were there 4 days & the bin didn't get emptied but, if that's the only grumble, I'll take it. Would we stay again... YES!

More than I expected

Hotel was well positioned for shops and nightlife. Maybe a little noisy with window open but it didn’t bother me. Room was very large, kitchen had everything in it but we didn’t use it. Reception let us in on arrival as we were early so we could go out to shop. Main bedroom bed was huge, too big for the room as we couldn’t shut the door. Overall a good stay and I would stay again.

We were a bit disappointed in the facility cleanliness and overall condition. There was a nasty stain on the bedsheets, the door to one of the bedrooms couldn’t be closed because the bed was in the way, and furniture was cheap and unappealing. It had a dorm-room feel. On the positive side, the staff were very pleasant and they allowed us to store our bags when we arrived early.

Great base for staying in Leeds.

Very friendly team and easy check-in process. Room was clean large and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Leeds city centre as it is so close and within walking distance.

Exactly what I was expecting. Convenient for Leeds City Centre. Only criticism, the shop and restaurant either side have identical front doors, and yes, I did enter both by mistake!

Nice stay here but building site next door and windows not very sound proof. Limited cooking facilities as the frying pan was tiny. Would stay at rooomz again but not this location. Too noisy.
