We Just stayed in Hyatt place for a night. Property was brand new. Very clean and beautiful rooms as you expect from the property. The only down side is as a 3/4 star quality hotel definitely need to have complimentary water in the rooms as I asked the staff they said its only for the members.(They don’t have a mini bar as well ) That i felt a little bit odd as water is necessary for every person doesn’t matter members or non members and if you are looking for last moment dental kit please do buy it yourself cuz they don't have it. So i hope the management will look into it. But staff was really polite and nice specially Ana on the front desk. Overall a nice pleasant stay . Recommend for everyone 😇

Friendly helpful staff. Very clean. Bed very comfortable, great night sleep. Soundproofing good as on flight path and very neat station, didn't hear a thing. Food choices limited for us but plenty alternative venues available in city which is only short walk away.

Excellent value for the price. Comfortable rooms and good air con. Nice facilities. Breakfast was good and the staff very helpful. Rooftop bar not really part of the hotel and as guests we weren’t allowed to order food at 4pm as they had bookings from 5pm (no desire to help, and it felt like too much trouble) also waited 10 mins to be acknowledged. Overall we would stay again, but due to the attitude of rooftop bar staff, I wouldn’t go there again.
