Not impressed on this stay I'm afraid. Both body wash and shampoo bottles in shower completely empty and no milk with the tea and coffee. Room was very small and noisy in the evening and early morning from close adjacent rooms. Lots of slamming room doors on the auto-closer. No non-alcoholic beers available at the bar, only a couple of cans of Guinness and Kopparberg. Raised room issues with reception on check out but they didn't seem interested and the feedback probably won't even be passed on. Lots of better options available for £140/night! Won't be staying there again

The Wash Basin was blocked, I advised staff and they said they would have someone check it. I returned from the Spa only to find that it was still blocked. On top of that the mattress was terrible and spri gy Which resulted in a bit so good nights sleep.

The hotel does look like what is in the pictures. No lift on tge of our arrival we have to take all our luggage’s and wheels up without lift. They only helped when I went to asked them nothing like porters.the hotel hallway stints sometimes but their breakfast is nice and delicious. The rooms are properly cleaned everyday.

Very quick check in. Favour, the receptionist generously gave me a free breakfast as me being an IHG member and celebrating my birthday 🎂 Plenty of choice for cooked and continental breakfast Steam and Sauna room are both relaxing, pool in the water could be a few degrees warmer. Comfy beds. Bathroom can do with updating. Good stay overall and would definitely come again.
