Was not happy with checking in had to stand&wait&wait but nobody came so had to ask someone who then got somebody to sort it out,the hotel was nice but would not stay there again as did not get any sleep due to lots of noise of people talking outside&in in the early hours.

Excellent venue, within 1pm mins walk of city centre shops. Lovely area with handy restaurants but lovely and quiet too. Staff very very helpful. Breakfast fab and something for everyone included in the price making it great value.

We had a wonderful stay. We came at midnight due to a family hospital emergency. The staff were wonderful, from check im with Jamie who went out of his way to letting us know the hotel facilities and 24 hr food options. Beth and all the morning team and breakfast staff were fantastic. Every interaction with all staff was above and beyond expectations every time. Lovely service, clean hotel, friendly helpful atmosphere. Great location. Thank you for turning a stressful situation, a very relaxing stay.
