The room needs some refurbishing, it looks a bit shabby. No toilet brush available. On the positive side, it’s central and near the station, the Trinity and the Christmas Market.

Nothing good. They banged on about being family run hotel but stuck 65+ single woman in horrendously noisy room and was told by worker they'd quiet rooms 10th floor! Noisy all night. Place needs refurbishment but things worked. Couldn't wait to get out. Paid FAR TOO MUCH for this place whose only good point is near station. Swiping credit card in case of damages more an indication of what clientele stays there. Never again.

It's a budget hotel so I had relatively low expectations, rooms a small, dated but meet our needs for our stay with the exception of water pressure making it virtually impossible to shower. Location is great, close to the station, Trinity shopping, restaurants and bars. All staff were pleasant, helpful and welcoming.

The staff is very friendly and the receptionist is very helpful and observant after recognising my friend to return her bank card after she accidentally dropped it on the counter. Thank you. The room is clean but not much hot water left for shower in the morning.

I am ambulant disabled. When I booked I requested a room on the lowest possible floor next to a lift. I got put on floor 10 in a room a considerable hike from the two lifts I had to take to get to that floor. I asked what would they do in an emergency and was met with “oh are you disabled?” Fill in this form and presented me with a personal emergency evacuation plan. I had just filled out the booking in form so couldn’t be bothered with the peep. Also I had dropped my bags off earlier in the day and they charged a pound per bag. A total rip off considering the money spent on the room. Would not stay here again.

The room was very clean, we had a friendly greeting when we arrived and the manager was also friendly and cheerful. We have stopped here twice now and will continue to use this hotel when we go to leeds again

The hotel was great but the choices on offer at breakfast were very limited . My son is vegan and I also prefer dairy free options but were told that nothing was available. Therefore we had to get a refund and go elsewhere for a vegan breakfast

the man on reception at this hotel should go to every hotel in Leeds and train staff. his manners, polite way, professionalism and customer service were outstanding. the hotel I would say is ok. I slept well and the room was clean. it's not the Ritz, but it's cheap and if you get good customer service that makes so much difference.
