When we booked this hotel, we had forgotten that we had stayed at a Clayton hotel before. We absolutely loved our stay. It was just as amazing as the Clayton hotel we stayed at in Dublin. The breakfast is full of choices. The staff is so helpful. Honestly, I couldn’t come up with a negative if I tried. We will be looking for Clayton hotels on all our trips going forward.

Outstanding customer service!

First of all the level of service was amazing! Super friendly staff. I was staying over for a sports tournament over the weekend and the staff made sure my stay was stress free. And on top of that I had the best sleep in weeks with this super comfy bed and the cozy room!

Room was a good size and clean, reception staff were great. Convenient location not too far from the centre of station. Restaurant service could be improved, especially for food collection as it took over 10 minutes from food being ready to it being brought out for collection.

Room was clean, warm and quite. Black out curtains were so good that I couldn't tell if it was morning or not. Bed was comfortable. I slept better than I normally do!!! Shower had both rainfall shower head and a normal shower that you can take off the hook Hotel is very close to city centre and all amenities. Staff was VERY nice, friendly and helpful. Cant recommended enough

Clayton Hotel Excellent

Second stay at this hotel, so it must be good! We had another enjoyable stay, and would return again! Staff helpful and pleasant. Room spacious and clean with kettle and refreshments. Comfy bed, clean towels, shampoo and body wash, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, safe and TV. Everything one needs! Excellent breakfast, and about a 15 minutes walk into the City Centre. Car Parking available at the hotel too for an extra cost.

The hotel is clean with generous sized zooms. Room service was convenient, fast and decent food quality, although a touch on the pricey side. Car park is not big enough for the size of hotel and was full by 8pm - with people dumping cars in random places. There is no air conditioning in the rooms - so not ideal for deep winter, or warm days. Breakfast was also dissapointing with very limited range and only one person working the kitchen, resulting in ques for "order" items. Overall, good hotel but could do with tidying up minor let downs.

Lovely hotel but mattress had a big dip in the middle and pillow very lumpy, uncomfortable nights sleep which is a shame as the rest was faultless
