Ok hotel, lacks air conditioning

Decent hotel, well situated with rooms that are spacious and clean. Our only complaint is the lack of air conditioning. The room was like a sauna and the windows hardly open, didn't have the best nights sleep.

Lovely Stay

It is about 10 minutes walk from the train station/city centre. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Communal areas including Reception, the bar, restaurant and toilets are all immaculate and presented to a high standard. The room, I felt, was slightly dated, but comfortable. Overall, a lovely stay and i would go again.

Spotless room with comfy bed. Convenient location on edge of city centre. Checked in online but had to ask for help on arrival as keys weren't made correctly due to a system error. Shower was rubbish - it wasn't able to hold its temperature and kept going stone cold / boiling hot. Bath was pretty high sided so would be a struggle for anyone with mobility issues to get in. There was no air con so we had a fan on all night. Room was dark with just a view over a flat roof and ring road outside - so we kept the curtains shut and a light on. Easy to find reasonable priced parking for Leeds. Decent for the price we paid though.
