The home features 3.5 bathrooms, including a convenient half bath off the kitchen with access to the pool area.

YOUR PRIVATE TROPICAL OASIS

Spend your mornings floating in the saltwater pool, challenge friends on the putting green, or settle into the oversized hot tub for a relaxing soak.

The custom-built tiki bar is the perfect gathering spot for your favorite drinks, vacation photos, and conversations that last into the evening. A screened lanai, pool waterfall feature, and lush surroundings bring the tropical atmosphere together.

With two acres to enjoy, you’ll have room to spread out, relax, and make the most of Florida’s outdoor lifestyle.

PEACEFUL SURROUNDINGS, CONVENIENT LOCATION

EXPLORE FLORIDA’S NATURE COAST

Homosassa and Crystal River are approximately 15–20 minutes away, offering plenty of opportunities for adventure.

Kayak or paddleboard through spring-fed waterways, enjoy a guided manatee encounter, book a fishing charter, explore scenic trails, or spend the afternoon golfing. Seasonal scalloping trips offer another memorable way to experience the coast.

After exploring, return to your own tropical escape for a soak in the hot tub or a laid-back evening at the tiki bar.

A spacious, comfortable, well equipped, beautiful home. We especially enjoyed the pool area. We have a disabled family member and the grab bars by the steps and in the bathrooms were a great help in ensuring his safety. There is a lot of attention to detail in this home.

Stay here!!

The most helpful thing I can say is that you will never regret your decision to stay here! If this fits your needs, then save yourself the time and just book it - stop looking at other homes. The home is exactly as described, well appointed, and was the perfect home base for our family scalloping trip.

We loved our stay. The house very comfortably accommodated the 10 of us. We loved the large sectional and spent a lot of time congregating in the kitchen but most of our time was spent on the lanai. We soaked in the hot tub, watched college football at the tiki bar and relaxed on the outdoor chairs. The house was very clean with ample towels and very comfy beds. There were so many extras like games, karaoke machine and floats for the pool! The host was wonderful as well. Easy to contact and friendly.

Great place for family reunion

We were unfamiliar with this corner of FL, so trips out and about (Crystal River Archaeological Park, Fort Island Gulf Beach, Tarpon Springs) and coming back to this luxurious house were a treat: a great place for a relaxing family reunion and vacation. We had a most memorable week. It was a pleasure to meet Stu and Mary —you have a personable and efficient staff. The house was perfect for our family’s needs -- many of the games and TV’s were used, the kitchen had everything needed, and the beds were comfortable.

Great place

Great place to stay. Lots of room. Host was great and very responsive. The only issues I had was that the outside lights didn’t work and it was very dark. She sent someone over immediately. Also we paid to have the hot tub heater on and it was cold. Once again she took care of it immediately and made it right. We would love to stay here again.
