le logement correspond aux informations prĂ©sentĂ©es sur le site la vue est magique le quartier trĂšs calme.Nous y avons passĂ© 3 semaines supers .Patrice est sympatique surement rĂ©servĂ© mais disponible..la cuisine nouvellement crĂ©Ă©e est parfaite bravo...par contre compte tenu du cout de la location il faudrait encore amĂ©liorer les prestations pour ĂȘtre au niveau de la catĂ©gorie (rafraichissement des peintures, de la salle de bain , de la propretĂ© du logement...remplacement du frigo..) ...nous recommandons

Comme exprimĂ© de vive voix Ă  notre hĂŽte: Super pour les chambres et la salle de bain , l’emplacement, la vue Mais nous avons eu la malchance d’avoir du vent et de la pluie sur 2 jours , mĂ©tĂ©o qui nous restreint Ă  l’intĂ©rieur du gĂźte car terrasse trempĂ©e Et la le manque de place Ă  5 , le mobilier lourd et encombrant nous a fait « camper dans le salon » Nous avons donc conseillĂ© de prĂ©voir des stores ou autres protections vent et pluies pour utiliser la terrasse mĂȘme par mauvais temps Nous nous permettons d’ajouter le conseil d’un relooking de la cuisine (mobilier lourd Ă  manipuler et de certains ustensiles) Le rapport qualitĂ© prix est un peu Ă©levĂ© mais Ă  cause surtout des frais importants d’Abritel Notre avis global est de 3,5 /5 Merci de l’accueil Yann

L'emplacement est trÚs bien et au calme HÎtes discrets et disponibles pour faire en sorte que le séjour se passe bien La propriété subit la proximité de l'océan ce qui cause vieillissement prématuré du matériel Bémol pas mal de marches extérieures et intérieures (accÚs terrasses, chambres et sdb)

Appartement bien agencĂ©, bien dĂ©corĂ© avec une belle terrasse . Cependant, des rĂ©novations seraient nĂ©cessaires. Il faudrait rendre Ă©tanche le circuit Ă©lectrique extĂ©rieur car en cas d'averse, il n'y a plus d'Ă©clairage sur la terrasse. Les fenĂȘtres Ă  jalousies sont en mauvais Ă©tat et laissent passer la pluie.Le four Ă©lectrique est rouillĂ©.

Super logement pour découvrir la Grande Terre

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Patrice : le logement est trÚs agréable : - bien équipé - bien ventilé - bien situé pour découvrir les différentes plages de la grande terre La vue est superbe et la mini piscine a permis aux enfants de se rafraichir et s'amuser sans risque de noyade !
