Went to Oklahoma to visit my brother who was in the Army. I chose this hotel because it is close to the base and it had good ratings. I guess we were the unfortunate ones who didn’t have a good experience. As soon as we went into our room, a roach on the door. I killed it and threw it out, then I continued to unpack and my son says: Mom, there’s a bug on the wall. I go to check it out and Roach #2. Killed it and threw it out. Now I’m feeling uncomfortable. I go downstairs and tell them if I can have another room, she says that they’re completely booked. I tell them, then I will have to check out and ask for a refund, she says she can’t do anything because I booked through Expedia. The only thing they were able to do was call the housekeeper to clean our room. That made me feel alittle better but I still felt uneasy. I made sure to check the beds before we slept on it. Didn’t see anything, thank goodness. We were there for a short time which was good but if we have to return to Oklahoma, then it would be to another hotel

Booked two rooms for family, one of the room keys didn’t work very well, got it changed pretty quickly. One of the rooms’ bathroom showerhead didn’t work, the other bathroom had lots of white substance all over the shower, made it very uncomfortable to shower in. Hotel uses large refillable shampoo and conditioners, which is nice for an eco friendly standpoint, however, makes me nervous. Room was spacious and AC worked well. Surrounding area was nice for food. Breakfast was really nice and staff was very accommodating.

Indoor pool was freezing cold. Manager said she would compensate us because that’s the only reason we booked this hotel, she never did. We stayed 5/20/25. Decided to go back to the room to warm up. Shower was lukewarm/cold at best. Asked at front desk, staff said they’d send someone if they could get them to show up. They never did. It looked like mold around the tub, shoddy furniture. (I have pics). Never ever again.

I would come back here

My stay went well here. Bathtub could’ve definitely used more thorough cleaning. I did end up having to to out to Walmart and purchase some cleaning supplies so I could clean the bathtub before I took a bath but other than that the room was fine. Bed was not the most comfortable but the sheets were clean so I was satisfied with that.

Staff at front desk was very helpful. Not sure however about house cleaning staff. Never saw them. Feel they could have ask if we needed anything as it was, we had to go to front desk for towels and trash bags for waste baskets.
