Escape to a brilliant 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath coastal home built in 2019 in a family community. Only a short distance to the beach and bay! Amenities include washer/dryer, AC, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, TV's (living area and under house entertaining area). The loft has a desk, storage downstairs. After the beach rinse off in the enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water. Enjoy outdoor living – grilling delicious meals and unwind under the house in entertaining area. Soak in the scenic water views of the boat basin & lagoon across the street. Parking for 2 cars. Walk or ride a bike to the playground, clubhouse, beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Enjoy fishing and crabbing down at the clubhouse docks. Pt. Pleasant and Seaside boardwalks short driving distance and other area excursions. Enjoy all that Lavallette (Ocean Beach 2) has to offer when you stay at our place. NO PETS & NO SMOKING.

We really enjoyed our stay! The underneath outdoor space with extra bathroom was extremely useful. We had a bit of an issue with the AC unit but our host was prompt in addressing the problem. The house was a comfortable and clean and overall, we were pleased.
