Think about it

Overall this place was ok. We had issues with the bathroom towels, which were old, thin, and raggedy and the shower curtain, which was way too long causing my little grandson to trip and fall. There was also a strong scent of sewage in the apartment and the street area around it. I had to buy air freshener to stand it. Finally the overall cleanliness of the apartment was not great. I had to sweep and mop several times. The maintenance lady was very, very nice and accommodating but the owner really must improve these points if they want to compete with much better apartments in the area. It was not cheap at all and I think I could have found something much better in that area.
