I was traveling across country and booked the Days Inn Laramie for one night as I passed through the area based on its decent reviews. When I arrived at the property, I checked in without issue and I went to the room that was assigned to me. When I open the door, an overwhelming smell of paint fumes about knocked me to the ground. I returned to the front desk to ask them to issue a different room and the front desk staff told me “ it wouldn’t make any difference which room we assigned, we just had all rooms repainted within the last week.” Please note that there was NO information or announcement on their website that the hotel was under renovation when I booked the reservation in good faith. I tried to help them understand my extreme sensitivity to chemical fumes and gently asked for a refund so I could book a different hotel. They absolutely refused and even laughed at me at one point in their refusal to help my situation. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I would especially like to mention the rudeness of the staff and complete lack of caring of the manager to help me at all. They’ve kept every penny of my money and sent me on my way. Just Shameful.

The staff at days inn is always friendly and professional. It's been 6 months since our last stay and she remembered my name as soon as i walked in. They are like family at days inn. The breakfast is always delicious and it's calm and clean with great coffee first thing in the morning. They are very helpful with anything we may need and the pool and hot tub are always fun for the kids! Love staying at days inn!!

The room was clean and organized well. The staff were very helpful as well as courteous. The day manager, a slight hispanic lady, went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The arm chair in our room was very seedy and we put a towel on it in order for it to appear more acceptable. The breakfast was great and there were many options. It is hard to beat bicuits, gravy, scramled eggs, sauasge links and other items such as bagels and pastries. The parking was great and the motel itself wsa very easy to locate from the freeway. We would stay there again and probably will on our next visit to Laramie.
