I stayed my family for the weekend and just loved this place. The stay was great. Breakfast was amazing. We took a pool facing room, which was one of the good things we did. Overall Great place. However, the restaurant in the hotel which serves food to the room is not up to the mark. When asked room service for room, and he packed it up and brought is in takeway style and the food was clearly not up the mark.

Pathetic Property, it not a hotel at all, super old rooms and toilet looks like of 70s, not at recommending it..staying here will spoil your vacation. Only good thing is the pool and view from sea view room balcony. Rest all poor quality including food.

When I booked online was all include Texas and charges when I arrived at the hotel they still charge me Texas and tourism charges housekeeping, and never change the sheets no hot water in the morning too much bugs and mosquitoes there are running everywhere breakfast was disgusting and it is far away from everything

Dayang Bay Resort exceeded my expectations! I requested a high-floor sea view room, and to my delight, they upgraded me to a stunning room on level 6 with a breathtaking view of Maha Tower. The view was truly unforgettable. The staff's excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. Pro tip for future guests: If you can, aim for a sea view room on the sixth floor. It makes a huge difference!

Nice hotel with excellent views location is very quiet. Staff were very friendly and always helpful. Only issue was limited dining options and the breakfast which was often served cold and the coffee was awfull

Overall this hotel was lovely. Staff were fantastic ,friendly and helpful. Swimming pool is very beautiful. Location was perfect for us and our family room was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

The property was nice. Unfortunately, the overall service was terrible. After check-in, upon entering the room, the door lock wasn't working. Then Air-condition was leaking and making terrible noise if I increased the Fan. The toilet door-lock wasn't working properly. I was with my family along with my infant baby, hence I spoke with the Front Office Stuff in the evening with all the concerns i had and requested for the Duty manager to speak to me which also was not communicated and i did not receive any response from the Duty Manager as well. The breakfast spread was absolutely not rich and with most guests that i spoke with shared their view about how horrible their breakfast spread was. Being an X-Hotelier myself, at the end of the day the service matters even if the property has technical issues, whereby staying in Dayang Bay they definitely were successful to give me a horrible memory on my vacation to langkawi.
