On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, and more. The daylight bathroom offers a shower, toilet, and washing machine. The living room features a sofa bed, ethanol fireplace, TV with sound system, and radio.



The attic is accessed via a narrow staircase (note: not suitable for small children or guests with limited mobility). There are two bedrooms separated by a sliding door. The main bedroom has a French double bed and TV. The second bedroom is furnished with a single bed and a reading nook. From the living room, step onto the 15 sqm covered terrace with sun sails and into your own fenced garden.



The beautiful imperial city of Goslar is about 4 km away, with attractions like the historic Imperial Palace and the Rammelsberg Mining Museum. The nearby Granetalsperre (approx. 1 km) is perfect for walks and hikes.



In the village, you’ll find a bakery and two restaurants (Italian and Greek cuisine).



An EV charging station for cars is available for an additional fee (please request before arrival); e-bike charging is free. There is covered storage for bicycles and motorcycles in front of the house.



Please note: The narrow staircase to the attic bedrooms with sloped ceilings makes this home best suited for guests aged 10 and above and those without mobility restrictions.
