It was wonderful!! The people that work here know their job and are easy to approach and are very pleasant. The room was clean, didn’t smell funny, and there were plenty of towels in the bathroom, and plenty of pillows and might I add they were not way overstuffed but they gave you enough if you wanted it to feel overstuffed. Plenty of drawers, plenty of lighting and a nice hot breakfast in the morning. Kitchen staff is very pleasant also. They have a 24 hour workout room which unfortunately I discovered the next morning when I was getting ready to leave. I read the information that they had given me. I should’ve read it the night before I had a great night sleep and that’s unusual for me when I’m away from home. I do have one little small complaint. And that is that the showerhead doesn’t have much pressure and if you’re not a tall person, you’re kind of out of luck with getting the shampoo out of your hair in a timely manned. Hopefully, they will upgrade soon. They did upgrade the TV since I was here a few years ago from a small TV to a very large TV and I was talking to someone at the front desk and they were saying that they are in the process of going to upgrade the TVs again to be smart TVs. It is a very nice stay though. and I will be back again.

Everything was ok. Elevator was a little sketchy but worked. I didnt like that they didnt post they charge a $15 fee a day for parking prior to me booking. And its been almost 2 weeks that i havent gotten my $150 deposit and i did leave the room clean and intact

Checked in then was told the elevator wasn’t working. Anthony was very helpful and helped me bring my items up the three flights of stairs. Asked for housekeeping service for following day. I worked 12 hours came back to hotel, walk up three flights of stairs to messy room as they did not clean it. Also ridiculous $15 daily parking fee is asinine!

Communication

Due to construction elevators were not working but they only told me after I registered. Breakfast was scheduled for 6:00am. Was told that morning they were serving at 7:00am and I had a meeting then So was not able to eat.
