Room was clean. Front desk was polite and friendly, but not the best at communication. They didn’t tell us that there was breakfast in the morning (we knew, but didn’t know the hours ) and what hours it would be served. We also requested a late checkout the night before. We told the night desk person what time we would check out and they said they’d leave a note for the morning staff. The next morning at 11am, someone was knocking on our door( had ‘do not disturb’ sign up’) while I was in the shower. Then they called in the phone and woke up my child who wasn’t feeling well and was trying to sleep a little longer ( the entire reason for the late checkout). They said the night person didn’t specify what time we wanted to check out.
The main bed was very comfortable but the pull out couch mattress was awful. Super thin and could feel all the springs. There were four of us but only two towels supplied. The pull out couch bed only had a thin blanket and the main bed had a thin comforter. I had to ask del for extra blankets and two more towels.
The bathroom is very large but had no towel racks. Only a small hook on the back of the door. We had to lay the hand towels, washcloths and bath towels over the chairs to dry. Not the end of the world, but those little things make a difference.
