Holiday Apartment "Bergblick" with Roof Terrace, Garden with Pool

The climatic health resort Völlan (Italian: Foiana) in the Merano region is situated 650 m above sea level, surrounded by forests, orchards and vineyards and is a paradise for nature lovers, hikers and mountain bikers. In autumn you are invited to a convivial Törggelen.

Only 5 minutes from the centre of the village lies the fruit farm "Schlosshof" with the 75 m2 holiday flat "Bergblick" on the 3rd floor.



The apartment has a living room with sofa, dining area and a kitchenette with electric cooker, oven and refrigerator, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a double bed and a sofa bed for one person, and a bathroom with shower and toilet and offers space for 5 people.

The flat is located in the attic, so the bathroom has sloping ceilings. The ceiling height above the toilet is between 1.70 and 1.80 metres, while the shower cubicle has a full height of 2.10 metres.



Wi-Fi, a baby bed and a high chair for children are also part of the facilities.



From the living room you enter your private roof terrace and can enjoy the panoramic mountain view. The South Tyrolean mountain world will make you forget the stress of everyday life.

In the communal garden there is also a pool, which is a popular attraction especially for children travelling with you.

In the spacious outdoor area with a view of the Mayenburg castle ruins you will also find a playground, a barbecue and various sun loungers, a Hollywood swing, so that every guest is guaranteed to find his or her favourite spot.



Hiking and mountain bike tours of various degrees of difficulty start practically right outside the front door. In Völlan itself there are restaurants which you can reach on foot in only a few minutes. In the next village Lana there are more restaurants, shopping facilities and numerous supermarkets, the distance is about 7-8 km (5-6 minutes by car).

And for the lovers of winter sports: the ski area Merano 2000 is only 16 km away and can be reached in less than 30 minutes by car. Other ski resorts are also only 45 minutes away by car.
