Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Place all towels, washcloths, USED robes, slippers, and beach towels in the laundry basket. PLEASE leave bed linens and comforter on bed.
Please securely tie and place trash bags in the BLACK receptacle by the garage (no loose items or liquids).
Please place the "beach storage shed" key and "bicycle lock" key (only if bicycles were used) on the bulletin board peg. Lock BOTH locks on the door, and place Guest Studio key in the "lock box."
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet nice neighborhood. Parking at property. Very clean, neat, organized. Host provides amenities of home including snacks, drinks, a keurig coffee machine, mini fridge and freezer, and microwave. The fridge was stocked with water and breakfast items. The bed was comfortable and plenty of clean towels. The bathroom is good sized with a shower. Excellent communication with the host throughout the stay.

Privacy issues

When you book this rental make sure you don't have any privacy cares. The host house is attached. Can't even move a chair without hearing it. Time check in and out takes up 2 days of waiting. Read rules.Water restrictions, door restrictions, no guests to share the back yard area for dinner or happy hour. Our vacation was not relaxing. So glad the first half was spent at friends house. Pros clean.

Wish I could have stayed longer!

My schedule only allowed me to stay one night but I wish I could have stayed much longer. Everything was exactly as advertised and the host was so caring and kind. If I'm in the area again, then I'll certainly be staying at this place again!

Misleading description

We left days early. Very uncomfortable. A single person or couple might enjoy this room & bath attached to the back of a house in a convenient part of Lake Worth's historic district. The owner provided fresh fruit & snacks when we arrived, 2 wrapped bagels (for the week), and free use of two old but serviceable bicycles. If you don't mind being monitored (literally!) many, many rules (don't open and shut the door too often; no microwave popcorn, etc) hearing early-morning sounds from the attached kitchen, -- but want a reasonably-priced attractive place to spend a few nights, this could be just fine. If nothing else, you'll have stories to tell. Read the fine print! Large or tall people, -- it has a double bed w/ strange twin trundle pop-up. Dollhouse size table. We ate perched on our small bed. There is NO view overlooking the bay --a peek of the bay is seen only from the owner's own small front porch. During our stay, that end of the street was wholly blocked with 24 hour construction vehicles so we couldn't even walk near. We objected that bay-view photos sent just before our arrival were very misleading, as was the listing itself, calling this a "one bedroom apartment" "cottage" or studio (with no kitchen sink or stove.) Expect arguments and excuses. I think owner means well, but needs to upgrade or at least be honest about deficits. We fled, paying twice to escape our discomfort. Sadly, we can't recommend, & won't return.

Small space, sufficient for the trip. The host had a car park in driveway made it difficult to get to the door. Definitely do hear the host and their family since the space is attached to home. To many rules for it to be a vacation spot. Host was friendly.
