This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed here. The first 2 times we absolutely loved it, this third time was a struggle. Apparently they’re going thru ownership change and the service definitely showed. We were given the wrong room and walked in on other guest (oops). We then had to wait 20 min for one room to be done. The kids wanted to go swimming and there were no pool towels. It didn’t feel like a boutique hotel experience, it felt like they were short staffed and the staff that was there was doing their best to keep up. We won’t be staying here again.

I was very impressed by this hotel. Typically when they say they have remodeled and have good unkeep, properties aren't always consistent with that information. The property is lovely, just lovely. Well maintained, the cleaning crew does a magnificent job maintaining the grounds and the rooms. I check floors, molding, attention to detail, webs in corners, missed dust, bathroom upkeep, tile, grout... all things. I tell you, it is very well kept. The location is very conveniently located close to Heavenly Village, walking distance. Also, they are pet friendly and take extra care for cleaning rooms whom have had pets. They are spacious and well crafted. The rooms have character with cabin style furniture, wood ceilings and unique colors. I loved this place. First time, and will be representing to othsrs and staying again. Parking can be tight, but enough for those staying. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you for an excellent stay and property management.

We loved the restaurant and the hotels proximity to food, beach and music. Loved the on-site, albeit snug, parking and my daughter and I enjoyed the grounds and felt safe. A couple of issues; firepit area was not well tended, with one firepit not working, and empty cans and wine bottles from previous night, sitting out throughout the next day, and lack of hot water in.our shower was bummerish. All else great!

Amazing inn. The service was excellent, it was super clean and so reasonable. Great location, awesome pool connected to a fabulous restaurant called Toulouse. The beds are comfortable, they have coffee pots and an apartment refrigerator. They also offer continental breakfast in the lobby. I love this place. Can’t wait to go back.

Our room was very small. But it was within walking distance to the Main Street where all the shops are located. It is also within walking distance to one of the beaches in South Lake Tahoe. There are fire pits around the property and they offer a little s’mores kit so you can go sit out and roast some marshmallows. I enjoyed my stay. And I would return again.

The place is a bit older and the door locks are not working properly. I had to repack and change rooms twice in the same day because the card readers and door locks were not working. Everything else was good. But a bit of an inconvenience.
