We arrived late, we didn't know there is more than one building of rooms, it took us sometime to find it. The hit tub wasn't accessible which was disappointing. The room was big, hot shower, great soap, good mattress. Nice balcony but no chairs.

The suite we were offered was very well appointed and comfortable. It contained all the facilities and amenities we required. The property had a nice view over the ski slopes and ski in ski out convenience. The communal spa was a welcome bonus. We highly recommend this property.

This is a sweet spot - super convenient with the keypad locking system. The communications and customer service could be improved, as we were not provided with clear instructions on how to access/get into the property, as we'd arrived past the check-in hours, and used the lockbox to get our instructions. The units are pretty spread out, so that entails a bit of walking about and multiple elevators/stairs to get to the unit, but all in all, it was alright and we'd probably come back.

The hotel com page is misleading. The property is represented as hotel with ski in / out and restaurant but in practice it’s different properties in the resort. The one I was in was not near the lifts at all.

Room too hot with no a/c. We didn’t realize sleep 4 means a sofa bed. Not comfortable. No slip resistance or tub mat - VERY slippery. Internet on tv very sketchy- constantly in and out. States sleeps 4 but amenities seem to be for 3. Building super outdated.
