Beautiful Lake, Mountain, and Sequoia National Forest, All in one location!! Come relax away from the big city, we have everything you need right here in this two level cabin. Excellent WiFi!! 50 inch Smart Tv. The boat launch, and beach is just a short walk, or drive. We are at the top of a beautiful peak up here, and the views are magnificent in every direction! There is available parking for 3 to 4 cars directly in front of the cabin, oversized vehicles, or guest groups with vehicles in excess of 3 may need to use lower parking. level slightly below the cabin. Everything is set up, we are still finishing up decorating, and are adding new items weekly, please checkout our pictures for updated photos, we will have a boat parking area soon with easy instant access. This is a very peaceful quiet retreat, and we expect our guests to visit without disturbing the nature of this, if you plan on a loud vacation, this is not the spot for you. Air conditioning is set no lower than 78 degrees remotely in summer months, as any lower causes excessive wear, and temperature will not get below a comfortable 74 in 90 to 100 degree months.

House Rules
Booking requires Valid government ID, Driver license is fine. For local safety requirements, please provide the full names and ages of all guests in your party. Please enable notifications on your app for Vrbo app, so we can have instant contact. We have a strict policy on additional non registered/booked guest(s). Base price is for 6 guests, If you arrive with more people than booked, or additional people visit or, stay over night, there will be an additional charge of $150.00 per unauthorized guest for breaking the House Rules, plus the nightly charge Per extra guest (guests are 2 years and up), which will be charged from your security deposit. Authorized pets are $25.00 each per night, you will need to bring a sleeping area for your pets, and clean up any messes, or you may incur additional charges . Unauthorized pets are $100 each, plus nightly pet charge each. We understand more people may want to come after you book, and we can likely update guests, only if notified before arrival. We want you to enjoy your vacation to the fullest, and will try to accommodate any booking changes needed. NO additional guests/visitors allowed on property at any time. This likely doesn't apply to you, but sometimes guests think they're renting the cabin with unlimited guests, this is not how this cabin is rented. No outside campfires at anytime. Violation is $1000.00 from security deposit. You are expected to clean up after your group before checkout, the cleaning deposit only covers the normal washing of linens, and bedding, and cleaning of the cabin, all dishes must be washed, and cabin left reasonably clean, or additional cleaning fees will be charged. Quite time is Mandatory from 10pm-8am 7 days a week, please be respectful of the peacefulness of the forest, and neighbors. We have one exterior camera at the parking area
