Just wanted to let you know the light in the master bath toilet room is virtually burned out. Also 2 small suggestions….1.) A bath mat for the master bath, the tile is slippery when you get out of the shower. 2.) The shower curtain liner in the other bathroom needs to be replaced it has a lot of gunk on the bottom. Great place, great location and we were so thankful to have our dog with us!!!

Awesome place

First time to Lake Havasu, the house was excellent clean everything was stocked. The pool was great very quiet neighbourhood if you love Pickleball, your five minutes from the courts 10 minutes from Walmart and driving distance to everything could not have asked for a better place or better people to rent from thanks, a definite 10 out of 10

Kristen was very responsive thru the rental process as well as during the stay. She accommodated every request we asked for. The house and pool were clean and just as expected based on the pictures and description. I wish that the BBQ grill was a bit better though.

Great place to stay with the family

This place was amazing!! The pool in the back was great for the kids to play on after a day on the lake. The backyard had lots of seating and was comfortable to relax back there. The rooms had comfortable beds and the house was clean and had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be staying here again.

Peaceful Property

We throughly enjoyed our stay, and luckily the weather cooperated with us. We were also grateful to be able to include our dog. The only disappointment was broken pool heater, which wouldn’t be an issue come the summer heat. It is a welcoming, comfortable home.

Great stay

Great property with plenty of room, even for our off road toys. Enjoyed our stay and made a nice Christmas getaway with the family. House is nicely located between the lake and trails, which allowed us both time on the lake and time off roading. Property manager respoded quickly when we needed the temperature adjusted. Overall great stay!

Really enjoyed staying at this home! Nice open layout and large backyard for the dogs. Plenty of dishes and supplies to cook at home when we wanted. Great place to stay when visiting Lake Havasu!
