We had a great experience overall. The property was only 5 minutes from where we launched and in a great location right by the London bridge and close to everything you’d need from restaurants to stores and gas stations. The condo was extremely comfortable, clean and tidy. It had everything we needed for our stay. It Unfortunately during our stay we had an issue with the toilet needing to be replaced suddenly (out of ours and their control) Eveline contacted us right away and got us into a unit within steps of the original condo. She went out of her way in what would be a very stressful situation with two small kids to make it as stress free as possible. We enjoyed our vacation in Havasu & recommend staying here .

This is a clean, and complete one bedroom condo with a very helpful owner. If we are in the area again, we will definitely request this location. The condo is centrally located, situated for adults, quiet, and close to everything you would want to do at the lake.

This condo is perfect! It’s very nice, clean and roomy. The furniture is very comfortable and the layout is perfect for a one bedroom condo. The property is in a great location that is walking distance to lots of restaurants, the channel, Rotary Park, and the London Bridge. The host is very nice and responds to your questions within minutes.

This place was so warm and homey. Short walk to the Rotary park and London bridge. All the neighbors were very friendly. Elaine was bet easy to work with. The couches and bed were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you’d need. The condo and the whole complex was very clean. If we go back we’ll be staying here again.

Another Great Stay

This was our fifth year of staying at Lakeshore Village and our second in Eveline's home. We are considered short timers by other members of the community as we only stay a little over a month. Eveline's condo is well equipped and very comfortable. Her appliances are up-to-date and great quality. Furniture is very comfortable, also. Love the patio to enjoy the sun for lunch and the afternoon. Eveline is very through when issues come up in the complex by informing her renters. Thank you for another great stay!!

Awesome location and property

The condo complex is located by an amazing park and the beach. The condo was lovely and the owner was available for any questions. Met many of the local residents in the morning at the pool, hot tub, and pickle ball court they were all very friendly. We will definitely stay here again. This is not a place for young party animals as the atmosphere is family, calm and relaxing - just what we were looking for. Loved it.
