room was not clean and updated like in the photos. lots of stains and holes in the walls. room smelled disgusting had to have the slider open the entire time. it clearly is not properly maintained at all. Website photos are very deceiving

Front desk staff was ridiculous. When to the desk twice, each time the young girl was having a conversation with another staff member & ignored me for several minutes. On one occasion she was complaining how she received the wrong raise only .30 cents & it should have been more & then it took several weeks or months to receive it. Didn't care that I listening ... very unprofessional.

Beautiful view, not so clean rooms.

There were some cleanliness issues like things left in the fridge, popcorn on the floor, and a few hairs found here and there. The chairs outside were worn and torn and the pillows were not comfy so I woke up everyday with a neck-ache/headache. The view was beautiful outside the patio and there was plenty of parking for the trailer. Workers were nice.

TV didn't work in our room. Asked twice for assistance and no one ever came to help fix the issue. When in the room could only watch one channel and it would turn off every half hour. I guess it was a good thing we spent most of our time out by the water, as it was a close walk to London bridge from hotel. Left hours before check out as we didn't Wana sit and watch cars being built anymore on our one channel TV.

It was nice ,,but it was no utensils in the kitchen suite like they said in the amenities. Dog friendly I didn't like it because you can hear the dogs barking.

The rooms booked thru Expedia are limited to the 3rd and 4th floors only. These floors have not been updated like floors 1 and 2. They are decrepit and shabby, a real let down after seeing a new lobby. The rooms are cheap, but filthy, smelly hallways and permanent residents in the hotel's top floors make it very undesirable. There was no option to upgrade from these horrible rooms. Never again.

There was no safe--even though it was advertised as having a safe in the lobby. And that was important to us...but staff said they could do nothing as we booked throught 3rd party. And the room's blinds were broken so light shone in our beds all night--so it was hard to sleep. We showed the blinds to the staff the within minutes of checking-in. again we remined them the 2nd day night and again the 3rd day....And finally staff said they could do nothing about broken blinds so we quit asking.

Could have been much better.

This property has great potential due to its island location and proximity to beaches, parks, marinas, and the bridge. Unfortunately, the experience fell short. Upon arrival, we learned the elevator and boiler (no hot water) were out of service with no timeline for repair. Despite our heavy luggage and four-night stay, we were placed on the 4th floor with no elevator. The room lacked cleanliness—crumbs, snacks, and dust were found between furniture, along with a random sock under the A/C unit. The bathroom showed signs of neglect, with peeling sealant and a poorly patched wall where a hairdryer had been removed; the hairdryer was left loosely hanging from the towel rack. Keycards failed three times during our stay, and each time we were issued replacements with no identity verification, raising security concerns. Additionally, no breakfast was offered. While not the worst hotel experience, it’s not one I’d recommend for more than a short stopover unless significant improvements are made.
