From the hotel airport pickup, to the reception and to accommodation facility staff, they were all very welcoming and made our stay enjoyable. The accommodation, restaurant, housekeeping and laundry services was brilliant. We would recommend L'eola Hotel everyday.

Overall a great stay. The hotel is in a very central Ikeja location and close to many activities. Getting an Uber or Bolt was always easy. The pool area and restaurant were really nice, and the rooms were beautiful. We especially loved the bathroom. Room service was delicious, and the staff truly stood out. I had a few personal issues during my stay and every staff member was ready and willing to help. I also loved that the hotel uses WhatsApp to communicate with guests. It made resolving things quick and convenient. The only downside was that we were unable to get hot water for two of the three nights we stayed. We did not get a chance to report it because we were constantly on the go, but based on our experience with the staff, I am confident they would have addressed it promptly. Despite that, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Ikeja.

The stay was lovely. We will come and visit again. The staff were friendly, professional and very attentive. Large nice room. Huge tub that easily fit 2 people. Hot water and AC which is a must for me. The food at tge restaurant was good. We stayed 2 days and enjoyed the visit.

I stayed at Leola and had a mixed experience. The room was good, but not exceptional compared to other hotels I've stayed at around the world - it was just okay. The check-in process was great, and the hotel and restaurant staff were friendly. I appreciated the daily supply of bottled water; most hotels only provide one complimentary bottle and charge for additional ones. However, I had an issue with my access key card, which declined me entry once, which was surprising and required me to get it reactivated. The room didn't have air control, which was a drawback, as it got really cold at night and there wasn't much I could do about it except pile on extra blankets. I also found an empty bottle of body wash in the bathroom, which made me wonder if the room was properly checked before I checked in. One thing that caught me off guard was that the hotel doesn't have microwaves in the rooms and they don't allow warming outside food in their restaurant unless it was purchased from them. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there were some notable drawbacks that prevented it from being a great experience.
