## Space
On entering the house, you walk up a set of steps taking you into the open-plan lounge and kitchen area. This has all of the modern appliances that you will need to cook some of the local fresh fish available at the nearby fish market or produce from the weekly Farmers Market, just a 5-minute walk away.
Down to the ground floor, you have a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a small utility area next door. Then going back up through the house to the third floor you have an office area, should you wish to do some work whilst you are away. On this floor, you will find the second double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
Moving up to the fourth and final floor is where you will find the beautiful roof terrace where you can spend your days lying on the sun loungers soaking up the sun or enjoying a lovely meal prepared on the BBQ. This has to be one of the best places to enjoy your holiday where you can truly relax and enjoy all that Lagos and the Algarve has to offer with its views towards Meia Praia Beach and the Old Town of Lagos.

## Neighborhood
The townhouse is located right next to the Lagos marina area. The Marina area has all you need including restaurants, bars with live music and a large supermarket.
Lagos is the perfect holiday destination with a lively historical center full of shops, (super)markets, a marina, bars and restaurants. It is known for its breathtaking cliffs and we highly recommend a boat, kayak or SUP tour to see them from the water. The town has a picturesque historical centre, great food and friendly people. As it is located on the coast you can enjoy several watersports activities such as surfing and sailing. There are many activities for all ages and preferences in this area.
## Transit
You have both a local and national bus service as well as a train service near the centre of Lagos, so getting out and about is quite easy. Due to the location of the property, there is no allocated parking, however there are paying facilities nearby should you wish to hire a car.

Oasis in Lagos
What a phenomenal place. If you want to be minutes walk to the life of town center, but also have a quiet oasis when you want to relax, this is the spot. The roof deck was perfect for a late afternoon drink and snacks before dinner. The seafood/sandwich shop literally around the corner is great too. Rent with confidence that what you see is what you’ll get.

Great location!
We loved the location and it was wonderful to have access to laundry during our stay. The rooftop was really lovely, as well. The downstairs shower smelled a little musty, and there was some sand where the washing machine was, but otherwise the place was very clean. We would stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful
This place was amazing. We fell in love with the rooftop terrace. The apartment was in immaculate shape. The inside looks even better than the photos online. It's modern, lots of natural light, comfortable beds, three bathrooms. Also, it's in a perfect location, only a block away from the center of town and two blocks from the marina. I highly recommend this property for a stay in Lagos.

Fantastic 3 month stay
The house is ideally located and within walking distance to the beaches, grocery stores, attractions, and so many restaurants. We stayed for 3 months and look forward to returning.

Good Location
The deck is great. The kitchen and living area are spacious. The freezer was clogged with ice and needed to be defrosted. The unit was generally clean but could have been more thoroughly cleaned. Perfect location though. Close to everything.

Die Lage, moderne, hochwertige Renovierung, attraktive Dachterasse.
Kritik:
Das Schlafzimmer in der untersten Etage war fensterlos und ohne Belüftung. Eine Zumutung!!
Die Küche war hochwertig gestaltet, aber:
die Austattung mit Töpfen, Geschirr und Besteck war mehr als dürftig. Mit jeweils 4 Einheiten ist die Spülmaschine überflüssig, da Besteck und Gechirr zwischendurch wieder gebraucht wurden und so von Hand gespült werden mussten.
Der Hauptpreis geht an die Bratpfanne billigster Machart, Beschichtung durch Reinigungsvorgänge vor längerer Zeit vollständig abgetragen, der Boden war extrem durchgebogen.
Angesetzte Speisereste waren sehr unapetitlich!!
Die Töpfe waren ähnlich.
Die Küchenasstattung steht in keinem Verhältnis zu übrigen Ausstattung.
Für wenig Geld wäre dieses unangenehme Erlebnis vermeidbar.

Cool aber mit Luft nach oben
Die Wohnung ist eigentlich toll: schick, gut gelegen und eine großartige Dachterasse. Was unser Erlebnis einschränkt sind eine Reihe von Kleinigkeiten - schlecht anlaufende Duschen, fehlende Decken, muffiger Geruch in einem der Schlafzimmer etc., die eigentlich nicht so ärgerlich gewesen wären, wenn nicht gleichzeitig der Vermieter so kleinlich und wenig kooperativ wäre.
