Beautiful three bed ground floor apartment Ideal for family holidays

The apartment has three bedrooms and can sleep six. The apartment has a fully equipped separate kitchen and separate lounge. There are two double bedrooms and a single bedroom and a sofa bed. The front terrace is south facing with plenty of sunshine, there is also a large private terrace at the rear of the apartment offering some shade in the heat of the day.

LOUNGE DINING AREA
Spacious open plan lounge/dinning room, with two sofas and matching armchair, there is also a double sofa bed, and coffee table. For your entertainment there is flat screen TV with Portuguese and English channels available, the apartment is also connected to WiFi.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is a traditionally Portuguese style, has everything you need with electric cooker and hob together with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully stocked with Saucepans, crockery and glassware, plenty for six or more people.

BEDROOM 1
Bedroom with double bed opening on to the rear terrace. Solid wood furniture includes two bedside units,fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, writing desk.

BEDROOM 2
En suite bedroom with king size bed opening on to the rear terrace. Solid wood furniture includes two bedside units, fitted wardrobes, and chest of drawers. The en suite has a shower, wash basin and WC.

BEDROOM 3
Bedroom 3 has a single bed together with draw unit and free standing wardrobe.

BATHROOM
Modern bathroom with large shower, vanity unit, WC and storage cabinet.

The apartment is in a tranquil area with all amenities including restaurants, bars and supermarkets close by. There are several beautiful coves and the fantastic four mile beach in Armação de Pera are all within a short walk from the apartment. The two water parks and the zoo marina are only a short distance from the apartment. It is only a short walk down to the town of Armacao de Pera, where you will find more bars, restaurants and shops and a beautiful beach.
The Algarve shopping mall with a variety of different shops is a short bus ride away. There are other lovely places to visit along the Algarve, Silves, Largos and Albufrera. There is a market almost every day in one of the towns.
Private airport transfers can be arranged on request. We will arrange the transfer and you pay the driver direct.
The Algarve is a perfect destination for escaping the cold winters, with temperatures regularly up in the twenties through November to January, a truly all year round holiday destination.
