Checked into a non-smoking suite that reeked of cigarettes as soon as I walked into the room. The carpet was damaged. Called the front desk to make them aware so I wasn’t charged for smoking in it. They came up with a bottle of deodorizer and sprayed the room. I stayed for 3 nights for business. The second night had me struggling to sleep as there was a couple below my room window screaming and yelling at each other and honking their car horn. One person was lying in the parking lot. That finally stopped around 11:30pm. The hot tub in the room has cigarette burns on the side of it. (I was too afraid to use it) I’ll be coding a different place to stay on my next business trip to St. Cloud.

Great stay

Arrived for a late check-in. The lady at the desk was very welcoming and checked us in quick. She offered a later check out time, bottles of water, and snacks. It was a short stay, but if I am back in the area, I will stay there again.

Normally we love staying in Hampton Inns. This one was a bit different. There was a leftover box of chicken wings sitting in the microwave and another box of bbq sitting in the mini fridge. The overhead light above the mirror in the bathroom wasn't working. When I told the lady at the front desk about these, she said she would add them to her "notes." I would expect her to send someone up right away to throw out the old food! We had to clean it up. This is not the way!
