Dining room area fits six and is open to the living room to be able to interact with everyone in the house. The lanai is enclosed for enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks. This home is in a great location and has everything you need just bring your clothes and enough time to be able to enjoy The Village lifestyle to the fullest. Table on the lanai for having dinner or snacks. Tile and carpet through out the Villa. Washer and dryer inside in the laundry room. Nice Cabot Cove floor plan.
