Walking distance to Kellerhause Ice Cream, Weirs Boardwalk, the beach, restaurants, drive-in movies and more. Minutes drive to Funspot, Meredith, Bank of NH Concert Pavilion, The Margate Resort and Gunstock Mountain.

2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium.
-Primary bedroom has lake and mountain views with a queen bed and plenty of storage.
-The second bedroom has an ensuite, renovated full bathroom and includes a twin bed and a queen bed.
-Full size pull-out couch in the living room and another renovated full bathroom down the hall.

Fully appointed kitchen including Keurig, toaster and microwave. On-site outdoor saltwater pool, swing set, basketball court, tennis court, trash, parking & laundry. A/C, Wi-Fi included. 65 inch smart TV with cable in the living room.

Dine and relax outside on the patio with a private gas grill and landscaped lawn while enjoying the scenic lake and mountain views. You may even catch a glimpse of the Weirs Beach Fireworks from the yard!
