We had two rooms, one with a fabulous view of the harbor/islands and one with a window overlooking the hillside. The location of Zasgo was perfect for our family, a 10 minute walk to the downtown area. A grocery store, pharmacy, gift store, and clothing shop are all in the hotel building. The pool on the 3rd floor roof was lovely. We ate dinner at the restaurant twice and enjoyed the included breakfast almost daily.

The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming, smiling and always helpful throughout the stay. The facilities were clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the pool bar, which had a beautiful panoramic view and a relaxing atmosphere. However, the bathroom water was not hot enough, and the water drainage system was quite slow, which could be improved. Overall, we still had a pleasant experience.

Very close to the port. Convenient. Supermarket, Pharmacy and some stores below the hotel. Great view from our room. Room clean and good enough for 1 nite stay before board to Komodo Island. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had dinner on their restaurant. Good food. Breakfast was ok. I forgot my leg pillow. They kept it to pick it up after my island trip. And delivered to my villa. Thank you so much

Good - Staff, Breakfast and the building has a supermarket with pharmacy downstairs. Bad - No hot water and air-con needs to be much stronger. During check-in the receptionist mentioned that there will be hot water for first 10 mins and then the 2nd person had to wait 15 mins to shower with hot water. There was barely 2 mins of hot water for the 1st person and no hot water for other people.

Loved this place, had the largest room with balcony overlooking the city and harbour, so sunset every afternoon was fabulous. Staff were great, room was great, location was great, breakfast was great - but a little disappointed in the dinner meals. They were ok, but not so great. There were mistakes made, and food served cold - for Westerners this is not good! Would recommend the place, 100%, but just be careful with the dinner. We did go out to a place called La Cucina for dinner, and the food there was fabulous... Again place was great, staff great, rooms great, but dinner just ok. Thanks

View is incredible rooftop dining. Infinity pool the same. Best hotel we stayed in and cheap,cheap, cheap. Fabulous breakfast buffet but truly appreciate reception staff who made multiple calls, texts and follow ups for a trip screw up. Truly caring and went above and beyond a boat tour that was mishandled by tour agency. It had nothing to do with them but we asked their help and they fixed it. Eternally grateful

Fantastic stay at the Zasgo Hotel. Enjoyed 2 nights in a comfortable clean room with a delicious breakfast and wonderful pool. Hotel arranged airport transfer and the driver was waiting upon our arrival. Check in and check-out was smooth and all staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was excellent. Very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. I would highly recommend staying at the Zasgo Hotel

Visiting Labuan Bajo to do the tour of Komodo Island, the hotel is convenient and very comfortable. The staff are very helpful, the rooms are very clean and modern (many have views of the harbor), and there is a market on the ground floor for any of your last minute needs.
