The house is conveniently located, just 450 meters from a small supermarket. Larger shopping centers, restaurants, and medical facilities are within 2-3 km. The stunning beaches of Rabac are less than a 15-minute drive away, and many other picturesque beaches can also be explored by car. Vinez offers a peaceful residential area surrounded by greenery, yet is centrally located for your convenience.



**The House:**

With a cozy and inviting atmosphere, the house features three comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds. Additionally, there is a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room, providing enough space for two additional guests. The house also includes a well-equipped bathroom and an extra guest WC for added comfort. The charming living and dining area is perfect for social evenings after an adventurous day, and the fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a pleasure.



**Outdoor Area:**
