Check in is from 4;30 to 7:30. We were delayed and missed the check-in so we had to get another hotel. The check-in information wasn’t readily known. We are looking to get a refund.

We had a great stay in La Spezia. This apartment was a 2 minute walk to the train station which made going around the Cinque Terra very easy. Check-in was easy to understand and we arrived to a very clean and new apartment. It is across the street from the main town center which we loved because it was convenient to walk to but not too loud outside with the restaurants and pedestrians. We would recommend staying here!

The room was clean but not very spacious. There wasn't a lot of room to unpack your things. In addition, the fridge wasn't working. We had to contact the owner to find the place; we couldn't find it on our own. The location is convenient b/c very close to train station but it's a busy area.

Perfect room in La Spezia.

This was our second time staying at this property. We stayed for 2 nights. It is the perfect location for exploring La Spezia and the surrounding areas. Right outide the train station and right in the heart of La Spezia. The room was spacious and also had a balcony. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was powerful. We had a great stay.

Ubicación inmejorable. A pasos de estación del tren y zona de restaurantes y tiendas por dónde todos se mueven para ir al área del puerto. Servicio excelente de la anfitriona. El día 31 de diciembre nos sorprendió con una botella de vino espumoso y chocolates. Muy bonito detalle. Buena seguridad para accesar apartamento por nuestra cuenta. Todo muy bien planificado y fácil. Área con llave para guardar equipaje. Zona tranquila cerca de farmacia, tienda conveniencia, supermercado, etc. Altamente recomendado

The property is very clean and close to train station. But it is hard to find in the evening and google map doesn't help us to locate the property. There is no luggage storage service for pre-checkin and after checkout. Otherwise it is a good place to stay.

Perfect location!!!!!!!!

Very beautiful room and great customer service. The room looked exactly like the picture. The air conditioner and shower were amazing, and the location is unmatched! The train station was a three minute walk. There's also a cafe on the corner for breakfast. Numerous restaraunts near by. We would stay again!!!!!

It was a nice modern room, so clean and confortable. The location is so good because it takes 2 min walk to the train station and 5 min walk to reach the restaurants. The owner was so friendly and the check in timing was okay maybe it would be better to check out at 11 instead of 9:30. Thank you

They don't open the door.

I booked this hotel and when I arrived nobody opened the door. I rang the bell for about 20 minutes. I was very disappointed. I will ask for a refund. Do not book here.
