Oso Arroyo is located on a quiet, neighborhood street in La Quinta Cove. The property is fully walled and gated so you'll have plenty of privacy.

"Old Town" La Quinta is less than 2 miles away with plenty of dining, shopping and entertainment options.

The home is also easily accessible to the Empire Polo Grounds (the site of Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals) as well as numerous top-rated golf courses.

Hikers or mountain bikers will love the extensive Bear Creek Trail network within easy walking distance from the house.

The Coachella Valley is best explored with your own (or rental) car, but Uber and LYFT are also available.
