Sleeps 4 people (Max). Location is minutes to Coachella Festival grounds, Indio Polo fields and Indian Wells Tennis Gardens.



The Space:

This is a second floor condo with 1 bedroom with a king bed and a pull out sofa bed in the living area. Full stack laundry in unit nice kitchen with granite countertops, TV and Wifi included. Free parking.



Guest Access:

You have the entire unit and Patio, there are 4 Shared swimming pools and hot tubs that you have free access to. Free onsite parking.



Other Things to Note:

Shared swimming pool (4 throughout the complex) and hot tub. Pools are heated year-round and overlook the community gardens. Pets are allowed with $150 fee.



Due to high demand during the Coachella festival period, early check-in will not be available. We appreciate your understanding as we prepare the home to the highest standards for your arrival.

Such a relaxing comfortable and inviting space. The host was very easy to contact and got right back to me when I had a question. The bedroom was comfortable and offered a perfect desk and workspace area. The pool and hot tub were great. I look forward to staying again.
