A good option for the value
The Concha Condos is a great spot, just 15 min north of La Paz, easy and inexpensive to get to in a taxi, but offering a bit of rest and peace oceanside. The apartment was very spacious, a wonderful balcony overlooking the Playa la Concha, a large one-bedroom and a single bed in the living room, excellent amenities on site—the use of a pool, jacuzzi, and easy ways to rent kayaks for the day. The place was very peaceful. We were extremely pleased with the location, and all the condo amenities.
It is a bit challenging without a car (there are no supermarkets near by), but we found Didi and Uber taxis very inexpensive to get into the city ($70-$100 MXN one way).
The only suggestions I would make is a bit more information to help guests, like: explaining garbage separation (we didn't realize they collected organics for composting and recycling until it was too late), explaining how to get drinking water (you can buy a refill for a water jug from the guard at the gate, with no need to get to a supermarket), mention the gate key to access the beach and the code to enter in the front gate would all be helpful information. Likewise, having the extra bed made up on arrival, and offering a couple, inexpensive staples on hand so you don't have to buy them for a short stay would be very appreciated (ex: salt and pepper, cooking oil, dishwasher soap to leave the dishes clean when we left). They are small things, but would turn all my lower star ratings to a 5, without much effort.
