A must stay

This is definitely a must go to stay in La Paz. The condo was extremely spacious and very clean, surprisingly so. We had an outrageous view on the bottom floor where we were able to open up the entire back side of the house and walk out to our pool and then the semi private beach.

The photos don’t make justice to how great it is. The views from the terrace (and living room, and bedrooms, basically from the the entire apartment) are stunning- ocean views and sunset! They have room service every other day, they supply the basics - toilet paper, dishes detergent, some water bottles, coffee, etc. well equipped with brand new appliances and there is also an option for room service if you need. Right on the beach, one of the best beaches in La Paz, but obviously cold as every west coach beach- same for the pool, just set proper expectations (it is not about the property, it is about the location). Wonderful experience, we definitely recommend.

We liked the property overall. The interior was very nice, we would have appreciated having a few small items stocked in the unit prior to arrival - just basic stuff like dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, a few spices. The pool was nice. Unfortunately, on certain days the smell from the refinery are pretty strong, hard to use the beach and pool on these days. These neighboring facilities and the barking dogs at adjacent residences are probably enough that we won't be back.

These are considered to be the finest condominiums in La Paz and it’s obvious why. The complex has an enormous pool, and it’s on private beach. The condominium some selves are spacious and modern.

Perfect stay

Great place. Clean and quiet and close enough to el centro. We rented a couple of bikes for most of the week and rode into downtown La Paz everyvday for breakfast. The dedicated bike path starts a couple hundred yards south of the complex along the malecón and beyond for miles. Lots of fun!!

Beautiful, luxurious place! Super peaceful. Lee, the concierge, was very helpful. Lovely, empty beach, and a very short drive to town and to the northern beaches. There was a slight smell of sewage at times. We couldn’t tell if it was a sewage smell or a rotting pond smell and couldn’t tell where it was coming from… with that being said, we would stay here again.

What more can you ask for

This venue is absolutely stunning!!! A must stay while visiting La Paz. The resort sits right on the beach so of course the views are amazing. The rooms inside are beautiful and spacious. The pool is nice and cool and spacious. There is a bar and tennis courts and volleyball courts on site. The only thing missing is an on-site restaurant. However they do offer many services including a private chef that comes to your room and cooks for you either from a preset menu or you can make a request. And their chef is amazing!! Last but definitely not least our concierge Liuditiza was amazing! She made our stay that much more enjoyable. Any questions we had she was quick to respond. She made sure our fridge was fully stocked with cold water. She called taxis for us any time of the day and night. She was very accommodating! I highly recommend this resort for your next stay.

Yo, this was by far the most 5 star location I had stayed at ever. The host named Lee made the stay freaking ridiculously awesome. She arranged groceries for us and installed them in the fridge all bougie like (spaced water bottles to fill the shelf, put the eggs in this egg container thingy, and organized the bread and cereal in the cupboard). She arranged taxis for pick up and drop off to wherever we needed for our boat tours and beach 5:30am delivery to one of the beaches and picked us up on the time we specified. the taxi even said only pay after we get picked up. only 700 pesos for convenience? Worth. Lee gave us suggestions and set up our boat tours for us. Even opting to incur the set up fee herself to secure the spots. She did so , but due to miscommunication scheduled our tour on the wrong day. So she incurred the set up fee , but luckily she was able to get a refund. This was one of the best reservation and experience with a place to stay in Mexico on par with some 5 star mainland hotels. The room was clean and spotless when we arrived to stay. We opted out of house cleaning at check-in. The pool was clean and the premises was clean. We did not feel disgusted or unsafe in any way. Definitely recommend 100x over.
