You get what you pay for. Beds are tiny, AC is freezing.. slipped two times while showering. TVs are tiny and pool area is dirty and outdated. Cleaning staff is super friendly though. Imelda is a great staff member.

The check in experience was terrible. We walked in and no one said anything so I left to search for a reception desk since the woman behind the counter didn’t say anything. I came back and asked if it was reception and she very rudely said yes
