We enjoyed our stay and would happily visit again

Natalia and Desmond were excellent - really helpful and nice. Our stay was perfect. The house is comfortable equipped, located in quiet area, surrounded by trees and flowers. And the most important thing - great swimming pool.

Beautiful villa

This is a very well cared for villa in a great spot just outside La Orotava. It is located in a beautiful garden, very secluded and quiet. The villa is well equipped and comfortable. The pool is a good size for swimming. The hosts are extremely helpful and friendly. We would recommend this villa to anyone!

Stunning!

The property is beautiful. So lovingly restored and loved the original stable features. The pool was a dream and amazing to wake up and be able to see the top of Mount Teide. Desmond was wonderful and very kind. We'd love to come again.

Relaxing holiday location

The contact to Desmond was perfect. He was very helpful and also advised us with local events. The house is perfect in size for a couple and the kitchen is very well equipped. The pool and the garden are just beautiful! We also loved how close it is to La Orotava. This city is very lovely and you have to try the icecream at panadería Relieve. We can recommend this house to everyone who is looking for a nice and tranquil holiday.

A beautiful property, peaceful and private with a lovely spacious garden and pool. Very comfortable.

A lovely and unique place to stay. Very helpful and friendly owner. Just be aware that a car is essential and access is down an unpaved road. But not a problem. Taxis happy to pick up and drop off.

A wonderful stay. Everything you could need. The hosts are friendly and welcoming and were available throughout if required. Communication from booking through to departure was faultless. Property is spotlessly clean, the pool is the perfect temperature and the local area is peaceful. If we could improve/suggest one small thing, it would be to add some additional directions from the T5(junction 34)to the track alongside the villa. The two narrow roads to find this track were initially tricky to find.

Fabulous house

Exactly as described but perhaps even better than the photographs. Such a beautiful garden and new property with absolutely everything in working order. Although we didn’t need to use it the house even has aircon in the bedroom. Would love to come back

A perfekt match

The casita fulfilled all our expectations. The way the house was well described. The check-in on your own without any problems. The Casita is really well maintained and nothing is missing. It is very centrally located and is therefore the perfect spot for excursions for hiking, swimming and sightseeing. We especially enjoyed the time in the garden and pool with the house open. You can't get more outside than that. Desmond provided us with information about the fiestas in La Orotava, which made it easy for us to experience the people in the Town. Thank you very much

Idyllic home from home

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! It was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The private garden was a lovely place to sit and enjoy the sun and the wonderful views. Because we felt so at home we decided to stay in and cook on some evenings - the kitchen had everything we needed. We were very glad we'd chosen to stay in this area - it was quiet and not full of tourists like some areas in the South, but still very well connected. The property is a very short drive from La Orotava, which is a pretty town with a nice historical centre and plenty of cafes and things to see. It's also easy to get to other places like Icod de los Vinos (which has an amazingly old dragon tree) and the city and beaches of Puerto de la Cruz. Desmond and his wife Tere made sure that we had everything we needed and could not have been more kind or accommodating. We honestly can't recommend this place enough and are looking forward to visiting again in the future.

Little piece of paradise

From our first communication with the owner, Desmond, to the moment he and his lovely wife Teresa waved us goodbye, we had a wonderful time at the villa. The quality and finish is excellent and it is very comfortable and well equipped. Because of covid we ate in most of the time making good use of the BBQ and kitchen. The pool and garden are beautiful only enhanced by the distant views of the sea and mountains including Mount Teide. The villa is at the end of a long single track drive so no through traffic tho a car is essential. It was very private and secluded yet Desmond was always available to help or advise when needed. From the villa it was very easy to access the main roads giving easy access to a good choice of supermarkets, some lovely towns (we particularly loved La Orotava) and real golf course at La Laguna. We would highly recommend a visit and hope to return soon. A beautiful place! Thank you so much for everything Desmond.

Relaxing stay in a very nice property

The property is very modern where required, yet still in keeping with the location/surrounding buildings. The pool is very nice indeed, very clean, a real highlight and just like the photos. The location is down a short farm track (very easily driveable) and is therefore far enough away from the main roads/town to be incredibly peaceful. While a car is essential, shops and larger towns are only 10 mins drive away so very convenient. We did walk a couple of times up the farm track into town to nice local restaurants. One for lunch which was only a 15 min walk away and one that was a bit further (40-45 mins walk approx) for dinner. We also used taxis a couple of times to go out for a meal at night in Puerto de la Cruz, and that was no problem at all, they are cheap and happy to come right to the door of the property. All in all, this was an excellent stay away from it all, with very nice hosts, who while available whenever required, were very respectful of your privacy (the cottage/pool is very private indeed) Thanks very much for a great time.

Sandra & Desmond, many thanks for all!
