House for holiday rental in l'Escala with private pool. This house is located in a quiet area, 10 minutes walking to the Natural Park of Montgí and at the same time only 13 minutes walking to the beach of Riells in L'Escala. It is ideal for children! The Paseo de la Playa Riells offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, entertainment places for children, supermarkets, water activities, etc.

This villa offers the best for an unforgettable vacation: spacious living room with access to the magnificent porch with table and chairs to enjoy long meals in summer next to the barbecue and pool, with beautiful views over L'Escala. An Amercian kitchen, and three bedrooms with two bathrooms.

In total in the house can sleep 8 people in 3 bedrooms (two bedrooms with double bed, and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds).



ATTENTION: From 01/10 to 01/04 the house does not have a pool or Wi-Fi.





Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Olivia

The property was as described, however there are a lot of steps to reach it and unfortunately the hand rail is incredibly hot.The outside space and pool was lovely and we spent most of our time here when at the villa. Aircon in living room was fantastic. A bit hot in the bedrooms but beds were comfortable. Shower was very efficient. Overall a great place to stay.

Ich finde die Beschreibung sehr schlecht. Angrenzend ist ein Campingplatz, wir wurden von morgens 10.00 Uhr bis teilweise nachts 23 Uhr durchgehend beschallt. An einen Mittagsschlag war da nicht zu denken und unsere eigene Musik konnten wir bei dem Krach auch nicht anhören.Nie hätten wir das gebucht, wenn die Beschreibung erlich gewesen wäre und da steht auch noch 'in ruhiger Gegend' !!!!! Das ist doch ein Witz !!! Unser Auto hat auf der Straße geparkt, zwei Tage vor Abreise teilte uns der Poolreiniger mit dass da eigentlich eine Garage dabei wäre ????? Warum hat uns das niemand gesagt ????? Als wir ankamen war der Pool dreckig, die Terrassentüre im oberen Stockwerk konnte man nicht mehr schließen, die Duschtür in der unteren Wohnung war ausgehängt. Wenn hier gründlicher geputzt worden wäre hätte man das doch gesehen !!!! Die Küche gehört eigentlich auch mal renoviert. Alles in allem würden wir das auf keinen Fall mehr buchen. Wir würden uns freuen wenn die Beschreibung des Projektes genauer bzw. ehrlich wäre.
