Costabravaforrent Can Riera is a detached house located in l’Escala’s old town, 170 meters from “La platja de les barques”. It is an ideal accommodation for family holidays in l’Escala and the Costa Brava.
Comfortable and practical house, fully equipped, with an excellent location that allows you to easily enjoy the town of l’Escala and its coves on foot. All rooms have exterior aspects. Sunny and brightly.
Newly built detached house (2006) with 72 m2 and up for 4 people.
Distribution:
Ground floor: hall, multipurpose room, washing machine room and toilet.
First floor: kitchen, living and dining room and small terrace with an awning.
Second floor: the 2 double bedrooms (double bed and bunk bed) and a bathroom with shower.
Third floor: small room and terrace with views.
Cooling: It does not have air conditioning, but it offers two ceiling fans, one in the living room and other on the master bedroom.
It does not have a garatge. There is a public free parking area 500 metres away.
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
