The hotel is OK, but do not refund any deposit and/overcharges to your account. It is a scam i think, they ‘accidentally’ overcharge your credit card, and they say they will refund later. And they never do!

We came here because it was listed as nonsmoking, free wifi, and air conditioning. Our first room smelled like smoke, and could not connect to wifi. The reception was able to switch our room, but we still could not access wifi from the room, and had a showerhead that was not working.

Service is terrible and unprofessional

Wifi was not working and me and my partner work as freelancers so we asked if it can be resolved asap. The staff was very amateurish about our ask (not even a complaint at this point) and basically lied “I checked the wifi around your room, it works on my phone”. We kept on asking and they kept on saying the same thing with more and more contempt. Also, it says they have an exclusive breakfast with detox juices and whatnot but “due to covid-19”, the breakfast is just some sadly packed jams and omelette. They have no extra covers or pillows in the room and provide only one single-person sheet for a twin room. There is another Risus in Kusadasi and the prices seem similar. If you have to, choose them because at least it has a nice beach area. Overall, I would not recommend you to stay here. The service and attitude is horrible and they are brazenfaced.

Covid sonrasında konakladığımız bir oteldi, bu sebeple tercih ettik ancak bu sefer eskisi gibi temiz bulmadık. Nevresim/pike ve odada dolapta bulunan yorgan baya baya lekeliydi. Havlular eaki, banyoda el havlunuzu koyacak yer bile yok malesef oda konforu iyi değildi. Kahvaltı olarak beklentimiz yüksek değildi kesinlikle ama çok zayıf, geceliği 6-8k olan otelde en dandik salam sosisi koymak gerçekten hoş değil geliştirilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Yeri çok güzel, doğası ve teması çok güzel bir otel. Resepsiyon ve yöneticiler çok tatlı, sıcakkanlı insanlardı.

Die Außenanlage des Hotels war schön, das Appartment wie auf dem Katalogfoto, aber inzwischen etwas ungepflegt. Die Dusche funktionierte nur mit Tricks, Beleuchtung im Zimmer mußte direkt am Sicherungskasten ausgeschaltet werden, dadurch hatte man aber auch kein Licht, wenn man nachts auf die Toillette musste. Ab 23:00 bis 3:00 wurde es durch Diskothekmusik so laut, daß man nicht schlafen konnte. In den 7 Tagen, die wir dort waren, wurde das App. 2mal gereinigt. Am vorletzten Tag haben wir noch das App. gewechselt, weil die Sicherung rausgeflogen war und nun überhaupt kein Strom mehr zur Verfügung stand. Schade.

Otelin konumu ve doğa içinde olması, masalı bir bahçe alanına sahip olması, şehir içinde olmasına rağmen sakin olması, otopark sıkıntısının olmaması artıları olarak sayılabilir. Ancak odaya ilk girdiğimizde oda temizliğinin itinayla yapılmadığını gördük. Buzdolabı iyi soğutmuyordu. Duş başlığı acil değişmeli. Ayrıca klozet de düştü düşecek bir haldeydi. Öncesinde konakladığımız yıldızsız otellerde bile su ısıtıcı olduğu halde bu oteldeki odalarda yoktu. Gece odamızın önünde köpeklerin havlamalarından rahatsız olduk, galiba sokaktan başıboş bir köpek girmişti. Bunun gibi eksikler giderilebilirse süper bir otel olur. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterliydi.

Otelin konumu ve karşılaması otoparkının olması güzeldi. Sakin bir konaklama isteyenler için mükemmel ancak mini barın soğutması bozuktu çalışmıyordu önce çalışan personele sonra resepsiyona söylememize rağmen yapılmadı alternatif de sunulmadı. Sadece uyumak için kullandığımız için daha da söylemekle uğraşmadık. Havuzu kirli göründüğü için kullanmadık ama kullanan misafirleri mevcuttu genel olarak orta diyebilirim.
