Good location but not recommended

Good location with panoramic view, but facility is not well maintained and lack of cleanliness. Not guest friendly.

Honeymoon short break!

It was a great short break for just after our wedding. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy and it was central to where we wanted to be.

A pretty hotel, only drawbacks were noise from activities at the neighbouring Panorama Hill hotel until 11pm and quite a long wait for hot water to flow through the pipes to the shower. Very attentive service.

The hotel is very well presented with the most delightful and helpful manager I've ever met. Clean rooms, pool and restaurant, and a short drive or 15 minute walk to the town and waterfront. The only problem we had was no hot water in the shower at first, but found out that we had to run the tap for a few minutes before the hot water came through. All ok after that

Die Unterkunft ist sehr dreckig gewesen, vor allem das Badezimmer. Die Griffe verkalkt, die Duschwände ekelhaft, die Fliesen deckig. Im Zimmer konnte man die Balkontür nicht richtig abschließen, eine Steckdose war locker und hing runter, der Fernseher wr nicht angeschlossen und auch die Kanäle noch garnicht eingerichtet. Das Telefon war nicht angeschlossen und auch kein Kabel zu sehen. Das WLAN funktionierte auf dem Zimmer nicht, auf Nachfrage hieß es nur, dass es aufgrund der hohen Anzahl an Gästen nicht ginge (was nicht stimmte). Die Küchenzeile (falls man dazu küche sagen kann, nur ekelig) bestand aus einem Waschbecken, welches verrostet war. Es war nur eine Klimaanlage für zwei Zimmer vorhanden, welche trotz ununterbrochener Laufzeit nicht für den Nachbarraum ausgereicht hat. Alles war einfach nur widerlich. Sucht euch lieber was anderes, denn hier werdet ihr keine Erholung bekommen. Liebe Grüße

Asla tercih etmeyin.

Otele yerleşmemiz tam bir felaketti. Resepsiyona 10 yaşında çocuk koymuşlar. Doğru odayı bulmak için otel içinde araya araya 4 oda değiştirdik. 3 kişilik rezervasyonumuz için çift kişilik oda önerildi. Bir girdiğimiz odada kirli eşyalar olması üzerine aa yanlış gelmişiz dendi. Elimizde valizlerle oda oda gezdik. Sabah kahvaltısı da açık büfe yazmasına rağmen standart tabldot şeklinde geldi. Çay istedik bitti dendi. Merkeze uzak, asla yürüyüş mesafesi değil. Puanına inanamıyorum. Asla puanını haketmiyor. Kimseye önermem.

Konum iyi, işletmesi kötü

Puanının yüksekliğine bakarak seçtiğimiz otelde klimanın çalışmayışı ve temizlik problemleri gibi rezervasyon yaptığımız iki odayı bir kaç kere değiştirdik ki yeni odalar da çok temiz değildi. Bahane olarak da büyük bir grubun henüz çıkış yaptığı söylendi. Bunların dışında konum olarak iyi ve kahvaltı normaldi. Genel olarak tesis işletmesinin ve çalışanlarının tutumunun bir çok yönden geliştirilmesi gerek.
