The house was comfortable and clean but the layout of the house was odd. There was no access to the backyard from inside the house. You had to go out the front door or back bedroom door and enter the backyard from one of two gated entrances. You also could not walk barefooted in the yard due to spurgrass which has tiny thorns. And the bushes in the front of the home were in severe need of trimming. They extended over into the porch and onto the only driveway for the home. We also experienced an unfortunate incident with the outdoor chairs in the backyard shortly after arriving, but thankfully it was a young man who sat in the chair first. The chair immediately broke apart and the 30 year old fell back onto the pavers. We then realized, on closer examination, that 3 other chairs were also noted to have several cracks and unsafe to sit. The rental company was notified and replaced the chairs within 2 days. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking. The beds were in good shape and slept very well.
