Newly remodeled and furnished beachfront property. Unit is a two story with two on suite bedrooms upstairs. Amazing deck off of the master bedroom, great place to have coffee and watch the sun rise or sip on a glass of wine and listen to the surf before turning in. Kitchen will make you want to eat in every night. Living room has two large sliding glass doors which help you take in the breathtaking views which leads you to another great deck off the living room. There is a half bathroom on the main level. The property offers 4 outdoor and 1 indoor pool, along with basketball, tennis, shuffleboard, hot tub, and work out room. The property is located 1.5 miles from the town of Kure beach: which offers dining, bars, shopping, fishing, and parks. Carolina beach is just 5 miles away were there is always something exciting happening. Downtown Wilmington is only18 miles away. This historic area is full of shopping, unique dining experiences, and breweries. This property is close to the Fort Fisher Ferry which will take you over to the charming town of Southport. Golf lover? There are numerous top ranked courses in the area. Kure beach is great for couples and families. Did we mention that this property is right on the beach.

We had an incredible visit! The townhome has everything you need. Kitchen is stocked with all the necessities you need for cooking. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed and an incredible value for the view. There were so many opportunities for outings within 30 mins in multiple directions. The neighbors were very friendly. The decorations were darling, bed super comfortable and again…the view is just amazing. Having a grill at the condo (there is a small outdoor grill near the indoor pool) would have been a big bonus and the hot tub was out of service but it didn’t bother us too much.

Location is perfect

The patio looked right out in the beach and the beach access was right next to the house. Very very lovely stay. It did take about 40 minutes to get into Wilmington on average so if you plan to visit Wilmington a lot then that drive may get old but this property was great for a beach vacation

Absolutely fantastic place. Exceptionally clean, gorgeously decorated, well-appointed, and spacious. Location is perfect. The dual balconies are a plus, as are having the bedrooms on a separate floor. We visited for a long weekend and could not have been more pleased.
