Wohnung wirkte etwas heruntergekommen.Möbel teilweise defekt. Balkontisch gehört ersetzt. Liegen fehlten. Stuhlauflagen okay. Esszimmerlampe nicht mittig. Duschabtrennung relativ neu aber miserabel installiert, war undicht. Platz im Fahrradschuppen mit 4 Rädern belegt.
