This beautiful ground-floor vacation rental for 4 people is stylishly furnished and located on a quiet street with an East Frisian atmosphere near the Zwillingsmühlen. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the town center and the fishing harbor.

The non-smoking apartment features tile and laminate flooring and has comfortable underfloor heating in the living area and bathroom. All rooms are equipped with fly screens.

The spacious living-dining area with a beautiful bay window (privacy protection—pleated blinds) leaves nothing to be desired:
A cozy sofa, a large satellite TV (40 inches) with DVD/CD/USB, and a collection of books and games provide relaxation and entertainment. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a Senseo, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, high-quality pots, tabletop grill, and a wide variety of other cooking and baking utensils.

One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m), a wardrobe with sliding doors, and a TV (32 inches). The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. The bedrooms are equipped with external roller blinds; high-quality mattresses and blankets, as well as adjustable slatted bed frames and additional fleece blankets, ensure your comfort.

There is a beautiful shower room (shower with a walk-in design) equipped with a towel warmer and a hair dryer. The additional guest restroom is very convenient. A washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board are provided.

A high chair is available free of charge. A travel crib can be rented on-site for a fee. The main rooms are equipped with smoke detectors.

The terrace, furnished with high-quality furniture, and an 80-square-meter garden with 2 sun loungers provide a relaxing place to enjoy the sun. There is a garden shed, and a parking space is, of course, included.

Pets are not allowed in this rental.

The “Carpe Diem,” “Kolibri,” and “Mühlenkieker” accommodations are located in the same building should you need more space.

Due to construction work in the immediate vicinity, we unfortunately cannot rule out occasional noise disturbances.

The surrounding dyke landscape invites you to take walks, go on bike rides, and explore the vast expanse of East Frisia. With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the vacation rental is a perfect starting point for maritime adventures and a relaxing vacation.
