Ich war mit meinem 96jährigen Vater für 14 Tage in der Wohnung. Das war eigentlich so nicht geplant. Manchmal kommt es anders als man denkt. Es war alles wie beschrieben, so, daß man sich wohl gefühlt hat. Vom Vermieter wurde mir eventuelle Hilfe angeboten bei Problemen. Alles sehr nett. Es ist dort alles zentral gelegen und trotzdem "abgeschieden". Wenn man wollte, war man schnell aus dem gut gefüllten Ort wieder in einer entspannten Wohlfühloase. Wir empfehlen diese Adresse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und man ist trotzdem gleich am Hafen. Unser Auto stand in Sichtweite was uns sehr gefiel.Die Wohnung war top sauber und es fehlte uns an nichts. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Ich hatte mir anfangs etwas Sorgen wegen der Bettcouch gemacht aber es war super gemütlich und wir haben wirklich wundervoll geschlafen. Es war mit Abstand einer der besten Urlaube die wir bisher hatten. Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lage war super und ich mochte auch den 'Gartenplatz' inklusive Gartenmöbeln - auch wenn wir am Ende vom Tag immer zu müde waren um draußen noch einen Wein zu trinken ;-)

Ernergiepauschale

Der Start war holprig. Die Wohnung wurde gerade von der Vermieterin gesäubert. Auf die Frage, ob es unsere gebuchte Ferienwohnung sei und ob wir das Auto schon abstellen dürften, wurde kurz mit ja beantwortet, aber erst ab 14:00 Uhr. Es war sehr unfreundlich. Später wurde eine Energiepauschale von 10 Euro verlangt, weil wir E-bike dabei hatten. Wir haben bezahlt und sagten aber, dass es für 3 Tage etwas viel wäre. Bei unserer Anreise war jeder Akku voll gelanden. Am nächsten Tag bekamen wir das Geld zurück, weil die Vermieterin mit ihrem Anwalt und der Gemeinde gesprochen hatte. Man dürfte die Akku's in der Wohnung ab sofort nicht mehr aufladen, nur noch bei der Gemeinde, ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Außerdem beinhaltet die Energiepauschale eine Dienstleistung, dass die Fahrräder auf der Terrasse abgestellt werden konnten.

Ort zum Akku neu aufladen

Unserer Aufenthalt in Greetsiel war erholsam und angenehm. Wer Abstand und Ruhe vom Großstadtdschungel sucht, ist in Greetsiel genau richtig. Das kleine Fischerdorf ist nicht überlaufen von Restaurants oder anderer Geschäfte und doch hat man im Grunde alles was benötigt wird. Das FE-WO befindet sich in einer Top Lage. 3 - 4 Min. zu Fuss, wenn überhaupt, befindet man sich gleich am Fischerhafen und keine 10 Min. an den Restaurants, Bäcker, Eisdiele, Bank usw. Die Unterkunft selber ist sauber, die Nachbarn hört man nicht. Super unkompliziertes Check in / Check out und eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin on top. Was mir allerdings pers. in der FE-Wo gefehlt hat, gerade bei einem längeren Aufenthalt, ein Besen oder Staubsauger. Hier war nur ein Kehrblech vorhanden und somit habe ich das kleine Apartment dann halt damit etwas gefegt. Zudem sollte man sein eigenes Bettzeug (Kissen + Decke) mit bringen. In der Anzeige steht zwar Bettwäsche, aber bislang war dieser Begriff für mich immer nur der Überzug für Decke und Kissen gemeint und hatten dies in all unseren FE-Wo auch so vorgefunden. Trotz der 2 kleinen Dingen, die für uns jetzt aber nicht negativ ins Gewicht fallen, ist es eine FE-WO, die man sehr gerne weiter empfehlen kann und auch sollte.

Kleines Apartment direkt im Hafen

wir haben den Aufenthalt in unserem kleinen Apartment sehr genossen. Darin war alles was wir für eine Woche Aufenthalt brauchten, eine kleine Küchenzeile, ein Bad mit Dusche und WC und dazu eine gemütliche Sitzecke mit Fernseher. Sehr positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass die Schlafcouch nach dem aufklappen eine richtige Matratze geboten hat. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und bot genügend Platz für 2 Personen, da man die meiste Zeit ja eh nicht in der Wohnung ist und nur zum Frühstück und schlafen dort ist. Wir würden dieses Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen.

Schicke kleine gemütliche Wohnung mit direktem Zugang zur Sielstrasse, mittendrin und trotzdem ruhig, rückwärtig am Hafen gelegen. W-lan hat leider nicht verläßlich funktioniert, sonst aber alles!

Am Hafen in Greetsiel

Mein Aufenthalt in Greetsiel war wunderbar. Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Apartment war mit allem ausgestattet, was ich benötigt habe. Die Terrasse war ebenfalls ein schöner Aufenthaltsort.
