The house stands on a 2000 pm large property with unspoilt south facing position. The house has a fitted kitchen with electric stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and coffee maker. A living room with flat screen TV and leather furniture. The 2 bedrooms are furnished with pine furniture. The landlord does not live on the property.
